We are now having issues with the truck that were not previously a concern. Additionally, they mentioned that they needed to put on the matching stripe to the truck on the doors that were repaired (we did not know any repairs needed to be made to the doors) and it was still not done.

Initially it was a great experience and everyone was kind and helpful. They quoted us at $1,800 for the repairs and said they ordered in all of the parts they needed before having us bring in the truck. However, we did not have our truck back until 2 weeks following our drop off date for repair. We called weekly to determine how long before we could get our vehicle back (as my husband was unable to make it to work the entire time they had his vehicle) and they continued to extend out the date in which it would be completed. Additionally, when we picked up the vehicle, the bill was $4,389.82. I was grateful we had turned it into insurance at that point because this was quite off from what we thought the payment would have been.
