new repair shop for me Nationwide rep suggested. The shop was polite and returned calls when mrssages where left however I am use to T8ms Auto Body in Stroudsburg, PA . While I would recommend this location to others this survey is difficult as due to medical issues I did not get to see the completed work. I asked for my license plate to be kept for pick up since the car is going back to the bank. I am waiting to hear if they accommodated my request or not. I know the car was picked up however I was not notified how the deductible was paid by anyone including Nationwide since the person who rear ended me did not have adequate coverate the repair had to go through my insurance. Life has been a nightmare but I would recommend this company.

The shop was very friendly and I am very very satisfied and can’t ask for anything more than how nicely they were treating me. they exceeded my expectations and the car was ready and it was very very little time. The owner Dan was so informative and kept me in the loop on everything and I am very happy thank you.

Had to go back to finish repairs and to get the radio to work upon pulling out of the shop. Still have to return to get fender flairs fixed. Otherwise paint and overall appearance is great.
