Paint chips, door panel separated, metal rattling in repaired door, did not repair steering/drivetrain, replaced headlight that was not damaged and does not even match.

Never addressed the mechanical issues, interior door panel fell off, there’s metal rattling in repaired door, car pulls left, paint chip on repaired fender, headlights dont match and we’re undamaged prior to repairs. Admitted to me they never looked at left side grinding, afterwards said that to adjuster all was good and was previous damage.

My car looks brand new! My only complaint is that there was specks of silver paint on my steering wheel and gear shift. Other than that, I was very pleased with the time it took to repair and the professionalism of the staff. I also really appreciated the texts with updates.
