We have built many long-term relationships with our customers and feel privileged when they return year after year. I recently had my car repaired at Route 88 Auto Body after it was hit, and I honestly could not be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to answer any questions I had along the way. When I got my car back, I was amazed. It looks absolutely brand new, and you would never even know it had been in an accident. The quality of their work is truly outstanding, and they clearly take pride in what they do. It’s hard to find businesses that combine excellent customer service with such high quality craftsmanship, but Route 88 Auto Body definitely does. I highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs done on their vehicle. Thank you again for making the entire process so easy and stress free!

Unfortunate circumstances bring you to an auto body shop - but in this instance — it may have been one if the most pleasant & fair experiences I’ve had deal with with a business in a LONG time. Prices were fair; work was expedient, the finished product was perfect! It was nice getting a short email daily that gave me a status report - I mean — who does that?!?! I would be remiss if I did not mention “Penny” who greets you with a smile; compassion; support and all the help you need. From arranging my rental car pick up & return to having my car cleaned for pick up. I’ll say it again -/ who’s left any more who wants to provide customer service! 5 star rating for a 5 star company!!
