Communication was great and they nailed the finish date. Took my car home and noticed some imperfections. Brand new bumper and noticed some scratched along with some imperfections where the bumper meets my headlight. This was an insurance job on an older car. But if it was a newer car and the money was coming out of my pocket I wouldn’t have accepted the car back. Should have been perfect for almost 4k!

Flawless repair on my 2500 Silverado — can’t even tell that the front end was replaced. Autocorrect finished ahead of timeline, worked well with GEICO, and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Everything about the repair was excellent, and the work itself was fantastic. I just wanted to note one small thing: the license plates were removed and placed inside the car. I would have appreciated if they had been reinstalled on the new bumper, especially since the plate holders are no longer there and I now need to order new ones. That said, this was my only concern—overall the repair was amazing. Thank you so much for the great work.

They failed to comply and communicate with Geico insurance company for the repairs. It was Geico’s responsibility for payment in this case and they made me feel very uncomfortable by asking me to pay. Their customer service failed but their repairs were amazing.
