After my Tesla was involved in an accident, I was uncertain about the repair process, but the team here made everything seamless and stress-free. They managed to complete the body work and paint on OEM parts in under a week—impressive! The quality of the repairs was flawless; my Tesla looks as good as new. Estrella, the front desk representative, was particularly exceptional. She was not only friendly but also ensured that communication was clear and consistent throughout the process. Estrella coordinated everything with our insurance, making sure that everything moved along smoothly and efficiently. Despite the unfortunate circumstances of having an accident, my experience with Autocraft Bodywerks was overwhelmingly positive. Repair was great, unfortunately there was damage sustained to my vehicle during repair and despite admitting the damage was not present in my intake photos, both the front desk and manager at the San Marcos location refuse to help me and told me that I was scamming them (“everyone wants something”) Well, I just want my car back in the state it was when I dropped it off
