This was the second car I had to have in a collision shop within the year, and I was very pleased with the Customer Service I recieved from working with Dan…. He’s the best, very accommodating, very understanding, and very professional with every aspect of my job. The shop does a great job in a timely manner. Also Dan worked so well with me, as the customer in such a difficult time. He set up my rent a car next door at enterprise and made my situation go so smoothly. The owner on the other hand who seldom picks up the phone, I have encountered a quick minute with on the phone, and immediately waited for Dan to return my call. I didn’t like his customer service etiquette. I say no more! Thank you to all the others who put my car back together to make it right again. Thank you Dan so much for all your help.

What a fabulous company I really mean it. I got emails every day about the progress. It was unbelievable. Customer service in today’s world is almost nonexistent and that’s all I got was customer service and it was just such a pleasant experience. I hope I never have another accident, but should that happen? Hopefully not I will definitely come to you

The car was clean, shiny, and the scratches and dents were gone. I noticed that they even wiped and vacuumed on the inside.
