The external repairs looks great! However, the inside of the car was fill with shop dust. I would have thought that someone would have at least wiped it down. Also, after the door repair, the handle insert was not properly installed back. I may have to bring the car back so that can be rectified.

First off they take too long with the person car, I had very minor damage on the car. If you all need time to order the parts do that before you take the persons car. I went practically a month with a my car, although I was in a rental I’ve probably exhausted my rental usage.

The repair was excellent But the tray in my lift up center console was missing and they don’t know what happened to it This had to occur when they cleaned up the inside of the car 👎🏽

The inside of the trunk isn’t painted and it looks repaired…it’s is black and plastic and does not match my car’s paint. To a dealer it will look repaired.

The cosmetics was fine the door was not done it wouldn’t open from the inside. They kept the vehicle until the rental expired, now I have to take the vehicle back for them to complete the repairs. I’m completely overwhelmed.
