I was disappointed that I heard NOTHING from them for 2 WEEKS between the time I got the estimate and the time I got the call that the shop was ready to do the work. Subsequently, communication was awesome/automated with messages every Tuesday and Thursday with estimated pick-up time. The work itself was excellent.
