Today was my Third time picking up my car and was not satisfied at all! Plus with other things turned up wrong on my car with things broken that they caused. Now having to take my car to another car shop! This has been the WORST EXPERIENCE with minor issues that should have took less than a week. Now longer with damage they done. I Hate That Shop!!!

I appreciated the weekly updates from Auto Impact. However, I had to bring my car back to the shop the following week because some screws were not in tight enough which caused my hatchback not to be able to hold itself up on its own. I called the shop on a Monday but had to wait until that Thursday to be seen because they were swamped with orders until then. But then, when I finally went back to the shop, they were very accommodating and had my car repairs done in less than 30 minutes.
