Your customer service is beyond anything I've ever experienced at any company I've done business with. You need to give classes. Your company is exceptional!! The service technician was excellent and keeping me abreast of every step. However, if the office closes at 5pm, the front desk office personnel made me and my friend feel as if we were not valued by rushing us 15 minutes prior to closing because they were ready to go home. The office actually closed before 5pm while I was still in the parking lot.

Tried to pick up my car twice. Both times the job wasn’t done properly. When to car was eventually correctly repaired. I was told I owed more money than my insurance than was agreed upon.

The repair of the car was very good.

The customer service was nice and generally kept me informed about the process of the repair. When I came to pick up my car though, the plastic for my car key had been cracked and only tape was offered to “fix” it. So now I have another unplanned expense to fix my damaged car key.
