No one called to communicate that my car was about to be worked on. No one communicated that it’s me about the repair price. No one communicated that my insurance didn’t cover anything. No one communicated Shìt! I’m am extremely pissed!

My car was at Autoimpact Decatur for almost a month for repairs. While I expected a reasonable timeframe for the work, the extended duration without updates was frustrating. Communication was lacking, leaving me in the dark about the progress. Upon finally getting my car back, I discovered a dead battery, which was not the case when I initially brought it in. This added inconvenience and left me stranded, necessitating further time and cost to rectify the situation. The lack of attention to detail and poor communication overshadowed any positive aspects of their service. I had hoped for a smoother and more efficient experience, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. Improvement in their service quality, communication, and post-repair checks is highly necessary to prevent similar issues for future customers.

There’s some clicking sounds in the area that was supposed to be fixed. This sound wasn’t there before

1- right front and rear blinkers do not work. 2- the sensors which were directly impacted in front and back rear number were not adjusted and are inoperable. Would have been great if someone would have done a walk around with me after having my car nearly two months like you did when I brought it in. Maybe the problem would have been identified before I was on i75 at night with no blinkers (and possibly no brake lights). I will bring car back tomorrow morning since it’s a safety hazard driving it in the current condition.

I worked with Isaiah Fuller, he did a great job communicating and was easy to work with. Amazing front office staff! I can’t remember everyone’s names, but everyone I encountered was professional and incredibly helpful.

There are still a couple scratches on the passenger back door. My seat belt on that same side is crusted over by some sort of spray seal.

I am dissatisfied with how my bumper was put onto to my car. You can clearly see that it does not fit properly, and my car looks worse than how I presented it to you all. I was told there was nothing more that could be done. Simply inexcusable.

I was really impressed with the service. The status phone calls were helpful and made me feel special. The quick repair turnaround, even with the need for foreign parts, was great. Rental car pickup/return on site was very convenient. And of course, all staff were professional, friendly and helpful.

The friendly, professional staff and quick turnaround was great and really appreciated. I really liked the ability to pickup/drop off the rental right there so that everything was done at one time. The lady at the front desk, adjuster and repair techs were always helpful and the status phone calls mad me feel special. Thank you.
