I would have liked someone to show me what was done inside and out of the car. It says it on paper and may look good but Isaiah had told me from the beginning that there was internal stuff behind the obvious bumber. Isaiah was thorough and friendly -He explained it well at the beginning. But the guy who I checked out with just gave me the folder and key. I inspected the outside and noticed a piece of the grill was missing... I had to come back to have replaced so it leaves me skeptical of the underhood repairs. I will have to get all that checked personally.

It would not be my primary recommendation. I think they are very familiar with the process and them seem to have forgotten that customers may not be. Communication during the repair was over but I think they over exaggerated the expected repair times which cause some scheduling conflicts for me to avoid storage fees.

Autoimpact was very professional. When I picked my car up, the exterior looked new. Interior was clean and a good detail. Body work done very well. Glass installation installed properly. I would recommend Autoimpact to a friend. I think they are the best compared to others.
