I am aware there are sometimes parts delays. However, I was the one who had to call in to check the status. It would have been nice if the called or emailed me with updates.

We waited for over a month for the parts to arrive. While waiting for the parts to arrive, I never heard from anyone at the shop to let me know of any delays and whenever I called, I was given short uninformative responses as to what was causing the delay. It was almost as if my calling for status was an inconvenience. After some time I was concerned, I had been forgotten and was about to book the repair at another shop.
