Actual person to pick up the phone. Not an automated system. Payton was great at explaining to me the process and the damage done to the vehicle. Friendly and professional service. Got my car complete ahead of original estimated time. Ice and fresh water and snacks available on a hot day. Driver took me to rental car location. I felt very safe with his driving.

Took awhile to get the parts to fix it and get it scheduled for repair. But; but I don't think that can be blamed on AutoMenders.
