Two moldings needed to complete the repair were no longer available. They were part #866883L200 (Chrome Strip Center) and part #866853L200 (LT Molding Outer). Therefore, the repair was incomplete. I was not informed about the issue until I picked up the car. I was given a check in the amount of $262.43 representing the cost of the parts had they been available. Had Farm Bureau been notified of the issue, I'm sure that some adequate resolution would have been offered.

The shop (i.e. Brandon) did a good job keeping the rental car company informed of the repair status. There was a longer than expected delay in the repair process when the vehicle repair stage needed the Mazda Dealer's service technicians to complete the final phase of the repair job.

It took almost a month to get my car scheduled for repair. However, the shop does good work. It's very possible that they are just incredibly busy, and longer wait times would be expected at that point.
