Went weeks without phone call and updates and had to call them my self to get any sort of update. They told me my vehicle would be prepared at a certain time and I used most, if not all, my rental days allotted by insurance around their completion date. On the day they were supposed to have it finished they told me they had to run it up to the Hyundai service department for them to scan codes. Hyundai found a major part of the hybrid system that was still damaged from the crash that ACT missed. The part that needed to be replaced on was back order for 4 weeks. Did ACT call and let me know anything? NOPE. I had to be in touch with Hyundai weekly myself. Not once did ACT reach out and let me know what was going on. If it was for the Hyundai dealership I wouldn’t have even known they had finally got the part in and finished it. Given the limited rental car days provided by insurance, and back ordered parts, this is unacceptable.
