good paint but I did not like the one that I had to turn to return the car 4 times because of things that were not right, one of them was that the car got water into the trunk and they say they repair it and the water still leaks inside and they used parts that they left of the damaged used ones

Took way too long to get going. Probably worst service I’ve dealt with in a long time both from ACT and farm bureau.

The guy needed extensions multiple times and failed to contact me about it. . Once I got there he had me wait for 30-45 minutes just to sign a paper and hand me a key. Other employee had to help me

Not great communication when my vehicle would be ready. It was extended twice and both times I called on the date is was supposed to be ready to learn it was postponed. The work was good - the only issue was my window visor came loose and was flapping as I was driving. Had to return to get that fixed and it is flapping again so that needs to be fixed.
