The the bodywork itself was good. You can’t even tell there was a dent. The problem I have is with the pin striping on the van.When I initially took the van for the owner to look at, he told me that the pin strip would need replacing because they would have to replace it on the fender and it would not match. When I picked up the van, it only had a pin striping on the front fender which did not match the pinstripe at all and it was a different color and different size. So when I pointed this out to the man that I had originally spoke with, he said no problem you can wait. It will only take a few minutes. I told him I would be back in a few hours, there was no rush when I returned to pick up the van. They have put just pinstape over the top of the existing stripe. My original pin drop had a Honda H in it and they had just left the hole and the old Honda H in it, which didn’t match. When I ask him about it, another man said we don’t have a H that matches. We only have dark ones. Then the owner said what do you want me to do about it? My husband was there with me when I picked it up and he asked him can you not order one? The man was frustrated and said he would try to have one made you could not order them and he would call us when it was in. Since then, I have noticed that they either forgot a piece of pinstripe or it has already fell off, but there is a small piece missing. We haven’t heard anything else from him. I would not recommend the shop nor will I go back not because of the bodywork but because of the detail work, I can send you pictures if you need to see it.
