They were recommended but my bumper was not installed properly.

I really hate to complain but I drove my car home and my husband went to look at it to make sure everything was good because I was driving out of state the next day and the front bumper was loose. He had to jack my car up and he discovered that, I don’t know what they are called, but the plastic connectors that lock in place were just pushed in and not locked in. So he had to redo all that and the metal plates were hanging almost touching the ground. And when the car was jacked up we saw there is more plastic that is still cracked. Honda recommended them and Farm Bureau did too so I’m assuming this is a fluke but it definitely wasn’t put on right. So that’s pretty disappointing.

The paint looks great. They put my car back together and left out some bolts on the inner fender. Now I got to make a 2nd trip. This should have not been missed during install

Work seems fine. The process was slow but it sounds as if the delays were because of the insurance company’s insistence on using a salvaged part. The shop had to order multiples because the salvaged parts arrived too damaged. They finally received a damaged one they were able to repair. I presume there was a lot more expense to the insurance company over the long run (with the rental fees) than there would have been if a new part had been approved🤷‍♂️.
