Very unhappy with Farm Bureau... all repairs were not covered even though it occurred during the accident! I've NEVER had this problem before on repairs!

Got my vehicle back floorboard is still soaking wet from the drivers all the way back to the back passenger so they're still leakage and most likely coming from the unrepared sunroof that Farm Bureau would not cover.. due to this issue since May 24th of 2023 when the accident occurred my sunroof will not work properly so haven't been using it and I notified Farm Bureau about this issue when the accident occurred and when it rains my floorboard is soaking wet due to sunroof and or the windshield they replace the windshield but would not fix the sunroof so floorboards soaking wet and been wet for over roughly 8 months and possibly dealing with black mold on the carpet under the carpet the floor side paneling that has water floating in it could cause electrical problems and could cause the Floor board rot out! When I started up my truck to leave the shop the engine light came on.. when I dropped it off for repairs on February 5th there was no engine light on nor had it ever been on and they plugged up something and ran codes on it a bunch of different things popped up he cleared them and stated that they had nothing to do with the engine light coming on with the repairs they did and then he cleared it said they the engine light could come back on and it did after I parked the truck at Walmart and came back and turned it on same day I'm not very happy at all with the outcome with Farm Bureau and The Body Shop not following through with the repairs and finding out all the issues I have children and myself that could be at risk with mold , electrical problems in the floorboard falling out do to possible rust!

I was originally told that my car would most likely be done on Friday March 1st. It would have been really nice to have received a call from ACT to tell me that it wasn’t done. I hadn’t heard anything by Monday afternoon March 4th so I called them to learn that it was still not completed. Communication is always a good thing!
