Throughout the whole process of getting our truck repaired I was at ease with the entire staff. They kept me up to date on how the process was going and got the repairs finished quicker than expected. On the day I picked up the truck I was 100% happy with the repairs. It was like the accident never happened.

Because I was undergoing foot surgery the owner of the repair shop allowed me to drop off my car for repairs over a week earlier. The shop did an outstanding job on the repairs. Additionally, my car was returned looking like new as they cleaned the interior, washed and waxed the exterior of it at no extra cost.

Car looks good, but it was at the shop for an entire month with no updates for 3 weeks. Also when I left the shop, my tire was loose and I had to pull over and have someone from the shop come and tighten it. It was extremely dangerous to let me leave the shop with my car in that condition, and the pricing should have been lowered to reflect the extreme inconvenience and potential danger I was put in. Instead I saw that the shop added an additional $1,000 to the price even after I left the shop with my car and had that upsetting experience. It would have also been nice to have seen pictures of the damage from the shop since I was unable to see the damage behind the door.
