overall vary satisfied. the truck looked like it did when i first took delivery. the only hickup i would say there was pertained to communication of needing the check i was sent from insurance to cover the repair costs before i could take the truck back. getting that all squared away added probably about an hour, maybe a bit more, to the quest of getting the truck back.

I am more than happy with the repairs on my car. Not only does it look great but it was done in half the estimated time and under estimate. I can't recommend Shortline enough for auto body!

I had to be the one to communicate with the shop. I had to ask for updates and for a return call. Once I established that things were better, but communication needs to improve drastically

From start to finish on the repairs and dealing with the front desk person and the individual who assessed my car they were just fantastic :-) very helpful and very communicative. I really appreciate that. Anyone else who I spoke with on the phone during the process was also polite helpful and communicated really well for me
