It was all great except phone calls were made to my 16-year old daughter who was driving at the time of the accident and doesn't check her messages! When I brought the car in I did provide my name and phone number.

When I picked up my car, two pieces of molding were missing the clips to attach them securely to the car. They were visibly loose which would have been easy to spot if someone did a final check.
