John made the entire experience so easy and convenient from the 1st conversation to the end when the repairs were completed. I appreciated the amazing customer service I received! John kept me informed every step of the way. At no time , during the repair process, did I need to make a call and check my vehicles status. Thank you John for making this so stress free for me.

Again adding to my previous comment John was awesome. I know I wasn’t the only customer he was handling but he made me feel that my vehicle was his top priority. I also wanted to mention the lady at the desk handling the paperwork. I apologize that I cannot remember her name. She was amazing as well. She was so knowledgeable and organized! She also Treated me with such kindness and respect. I witnessed how kind and caring she was with other customers also.
