If I had to have an accident, this was the best experience I could have hoped for. Thank you Ron, Carletta, and everyone who worked to bring my Lexus back to its original beauty and functionality.

I've never dealt with a business in Florida where the key people were as skilled and professional. At age 80, I had my first car accident and arrived at the collision center directly from the scene, anxious and concerned. Ron and his staff greeted me and helped me out of the car I'd been "trapped" in for three hours. He even helped me get to a rental car. Carletta, who is excellent at customer relations, put me completely at ease and kept me informed at every step. After the repairs were finished, Ron saw me off with a clear explanation of everything that had been done. He oversaw every aspect of the operation and has continued to be helpful afterward with assistance and advice. If I had to have an accident, this was the best experience I could have hoped for. Thank you Ron, Carletta, and everyone who worked to bring my Lexus back to its original beauty and functionality.
