We submitted two areas of the vehicle that needed to be repaired due to the one incident. Our repair shop only repaired half, because travelers only submitted half of the repair. This is extremely frustrating.

Joshua, and entire office staff was eager to help, on my initial call for appointment, that travelers recommend to us. The minute I arrived at Auto-Nation Collision with our vehicle excellent customer service was instantly given. Joshua was able to confirm with travels insurance our claim, have me drop our vehicle off, and went the extra mile by contacting travelers, for approval on the rental car the same evening I dropped our vehicle for assessment. Definitely will recommend AutoNation Collision Center to all my family, and friends. I will also recommend Traveler’s Auto Insurance, as well to my family, and friends.
