My Experience

We are insured with Allstate. They created the assignment for your shop due to proximity to where the car was. We had to travel to bring the car for estimate. Making the appointment was easy and the staff was ready for when I arrived. I was asked if I wanted a snack or drink. Super cool. After an extensive but quick review of the car, I was able to leave. I left the vehicle for repair. Each step of the way, I was sent emails and as the vehicle approached completion, I received emails and calls on occasion. The vehicle was done faster than expected. I couldn’t pick it up right away due to a planned trip, but that didn’t seam to be be a problem with your team. I was really with the workmanship of the repair and the attention to detail, and correction of the lines and body parts. Not only did we have the damage from the accident repaired, but we also had many other imperfections repaired. The cost was very reasonable for the amount of work done to the car. The interior of the car was cleaned as well, which was a nice touch. To top everything off, we were traveling from NC today and live in Naples. We left early, but hit some traffic. I communicated with your staff thought the day and I was able to make it in about 5:38pm. Two of the staff members stayed to ensure I didn’t have another 4-5 hour trip to get the car, and that was amazing. Start to finish class act and performance.
