The staff at Caliber Collision did a great job repairing my car. Although the process took a long time, due to manufacturer parts availability, the staff kept me well informed of expected timelines. Doug was especially great. He took the time to ensure my car came back better than new. Hopefully, I won’t need their services again, but I highly recommend them for others that do!

Decided on Caliber after reading some good reviews and am glad we did. Staff was friendly and transparent. They did a great job on our repair (we were worried the paint wouldn’t be an exact match but it was perfect). They also communicated with us along every step of the way with text updates. Highly recommend.

There was a small paint bubble so I brought back and still wasn’t fix to my standard. The bubble was removed but the paint looks to be dented like a fish eye. I took time off for this so I can’t afford to miss work again so I’ll just leave with it.

Ynessa was very pleasant and helpful in St.Pete. The vehicle was transferred to Largo and Vanessa took over. She communicated each day with some progress. My experience with progress started off a bit slow. The first day it went over to Largo, it was the next day when I heard from someone. I was told insurance needed to transfer it to Largo which I felt it could have been done before I dropped it off Monday. But nevertheless service was good and so far the repair is great. Picking up the vehicle back in St Pete Miracle was inviting and handled checkout well.
