The work looks good; took a bit longer than stated as one of parts came in damaged and needed to be reordered. That communication was not passed on to the car rental company. Which caused me to come out of pocket when I returned the car. Thankfully my insurance company reviewed and will be refunding the money I was asked to pay by the car rental company…

The car looks beautiful. It took a little longer than expected, but I found out that it was due to internet & phone loss when it was supposed to be repaired. The people were excellent to work with.

Natalie and Vanessa were amazing. This was a traumatic event for me to go through and they really made me feel so comfortable and continually reached out to me through every step of the process. If and hopefully I won’t need it but if I ever did I would absolutely go back there for repairs. You can’t even tell that there was anything ever wrong with my truck, I don’t know the backend people, but they did a fabulous job.
