Due to the circumstances of of why I was there to start with, your people in the front desk area was most helpful and put my mind at ease. I felt confident that the work would be done correctly and on time. I got constant updates on the progress of my car being fixed, which was most helpful. Due to the fact of my inexperienced, dealing with auto body shops, I am glad I chose sunshine automotive. The staff in the front office put me at ease with the situation. I knew after talking with them that I felt confident that my car would be fixed and fixed properly. They not only help me with my insurance, but they kept me abreast of everything that was going on while my car was in the shop. I was given via text all the information and the progress of the work that they were doing on my car while it was there. Upon completion, I could not be more satisfied with the work that they did. I highly recommend sunshine automotive if you have any of their services that need to be taken. Great staff!
