They were beyond a 10. I am a project manager. I have NEVER met anyone as good as follow up as Carletta! I thought I was good. She beats me. Carletta called me EVERY day to provide a status. I also have never had something completed ahead of schedule. Efficient, professional and friendly. I have to give a shout out to Bill. He did a great job with the initial assessment. I arrived around 2pm... Had checked in, had my car thoroughly assessed (from what Bill could see) and was out the door in about 45 minutes (or less).
