Customer service during the repair was awesome. Daily calls with update on repair was more than what was expected. Customer service at checkin leaves a bit to be desired (Attitude of person you could tell he did not want to even be there let alone be helping someone)

The repairs were done very well, they clearly outlined each invoice line and what it meant, which was very helpful considering I don’t have prior knowledge of cars.

There were delays due to my insurance requesting certain items, although when my car was scheduled to be completed it continued to be pushed back past 30 days. Otherwise the repairs were done well and communicated near consistent, but I was not notified of delays until the day I was supposed to get the car each time.
