I picked Autonation from insurance list based on reviews. I dealt with Ernesto who was very friendly, explained the cost estimates, I wanted to do two jobs one through insurance another smaller one involving fixing scratches that I was willing to pay out of pocket. Ernesto kept me in the loop after the drop off about part procurement, repair status. They worked on the car and made it ready during the critical lockdown period, also did the second job as compliment without having me pay for it. They also cleaned the interiors and disinfected it so that I did not have to worry about anything. I really want to thank Ernesto, technicians at Autonation for their outstanding service.

I had a unique situation where my car had been in two accidents, two days in a row and both areas of damage were being covered by two different insurance companies. It happened before the covid-19 outbreak and then the world was affected while my car was still in the shop. The way that Nick Xenos took care of the awkwardness of my situation made me feel like there are no better hands to be in. Not only was he professional and capable but it was very obvious to me that Nick went out of his way to handle my case with the utmost care.
