I’m giving this review due to the receptionist, not the lady or the gentleman that help me and guide me to the process, for both of them is a 10! I wish I could remember their names, but both were very tall. But the receptionists, every interaction I had with her was if I was doing something wrong, no matter what, I could not pick up my car on the date she told me and she literally she said: why you cannot pick it up this day? Anyways, maybe a better customer service training for the receptionist
