Communication with service admin and repair team was great. Transparent processes lead to peace of mind while caliber had possession of my vehicle. Iris was on top of notifying me of timing changes and repair details relating to my truck repairs. Overall, great experience and exceptional work on the repair. I’m 2/2 with this shop. Thanks!
