Not only was the dent in my Tesla’s trunk repaired perfectly, but I was also impressed that they cleaned both the exterior and interior of my car before returning it to me. I had never heard of Look Auto prior until I had a minor accident, and found them via my insurance company. I am grateful to have discovered them, and can’t say enough about how professional and efficient the Look Auto body team is. Starting with Vivi during check-in, my expectations were exceeded, and they even coordinated my rental car, pick up and drop off. When it came time to pick up my newly repaired car, it looked brand new, and was even washed inside and out. I would highly recommend Look Auto.

very fast completed within the 4th date. They called in the morning and I am in the surgery room. When I woke up already afternoon and saw the message. In the message they mentioned your rental car due the same day which even I suppose cannot drive the bit left me not choice. I knew this not the car shop issue instead is AAA issue. If I knew the car can be ready one day ahead I still can arrange driver for this. Workmanship overall is OK.

They are very professional, and their quality of workmanship is excellent. “Mario I.” was my estimator and he is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, professional and well seasoned expert In auto collision. He gave me a honest quote with a very well managed timetable to get my vehicle repaired. My vehicle had minor front end collision damage and it was repaired within 4 days. The vehicle came back as new and the quality of the repair was excellent and perfect. Mario sent me an email update daily through out the process on the status of the repair. The whole experience with Look Auto Body was exceptional and perfect. I am very happy to have my vehicle repaired by them. Thank you

From the estimator Mario to the front desk workers, their crew been cool, helpful and communicative regarding my car. And the time of repairs, was done within the time given. It was also fortunate that their location was nearby where I live along with the car rental service. So it made things more easier to get done.

At 1st, there was a delay in getting the part ordered but afterwards things proceeded smoothly. The estimator assured me of the timing it would be ready and he held up his end. He knows his workers or the labor well enough to tell the time frame in order to be ready. So it was cool and they cleaned the interior and outside of my car as well. Added plus to work being done.
