Testa's Auto Body is a family owned repair business that has been serving the community since 1966. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs on a timely basis. We are a collision repair facility working with all insurance companies to repair your vehicle back to its pre-loss condition. We are an I-car Platinum Repair Facility. Poor communication which left me with no options as I had turned in my rental and did not have time to question the change in the order of the muffler work and also paid $500 deductible which was not communicated at drop off (refunded later that day with AAA intervention). I would not recommend as I felt manipulated due to lack of timely information which left me in a difficult position at pick up.

I don't know if the muffler should have been replaced or not as their original estimate called for it to be replaced, just as a competitors estimate called for replacement.
