Poor quality work and need to go back second time, in addition, the damaged wheel was moved from the front positron to the rea position hence hiding the problem.

This was THE BEST experience I have ever had in dealing with auto repair of any kind. Ariadna was an excellent communicator throughout the whole time my vehicle was with Caliber, providing photos and documents of the whole process and being easy to reach and talk to by phone. The body work done to my van was pristine - you would never know it had been damaged, it was truly expert-level work. I also had a few issues after I picked up my car when the repairs were done, but Javier took care of them in about 20 minutes the very next business day. I couldn't be happier with my whole experience!
