Nick was always responsive to my questions via email and kept me posted on the status of the car repair regularly. He keeps the customer's interests in mind and provides great customer service. The other big plus of having my car repaired at AutoNation was the fact that I could drop off and pick up my car at the BMW dealership near me, which made it a very easy process.

Ernesto is a GREAT collision advisor. Prompt in his response and accountable to keeping me updated as to the progress of my vehicle. On another note, I'm been going to Smythe Collision for years primarily becuase of the GM, Micah-he's responsive, personable and keeps the customer experience top of mind.
