Went to pick up my vehicle payed my deductible got my key, went outside and when I inspected the job that was done by AutoNation in the parking lot before driving off, I was in shock at the horrible bad job done with my vehicle! There was a mass in the area where they worked on, parts broken, parts missing, grease fingerprints and to top it off while inspecting my vehicle, I saw it got hit (damaged)in an area where my vehicle did not have any damages before leaving it at AutoNation. It’s been over 5 weeks & my vehicle is still in the shop.Totally disappointed with the lack of professionalism from Auto Nation & Collition Center. Don’t think I will come back here for service.
