Like I stated before I have never had an issue with the body shop, and I used to recommend it Because before they did excellent work. For some reason on this vehicle I’m having multiple issues and they are still not resolved. With the lack of communication from the shop.

It’s been over three months (on 30th of September) and I still don’t have my vehicle. I had it for three days and had multiple problems with it. So I returned the vehicle back to auto nation to resolve these issues. It’s been over week and a half without any updates on my vehicle. The interior of the vehicle was filthy with oil marking (fingerprints and handprints from oil). This is the first time I had an issue with auto nation. Usually the work they do is outstanding, but for some reason I’m having issues now. I’m hoping after they resolve these issues that I will not have any other issues in the long run.

I would’ve give it a 10, but since I returned the vehicle for these issues that was supposedly being repaired I haven’t received a phone call or email about resolving these issues/update.

Jeff R. was good about keeping me informed of the status of my vehicle. He was an advocate for me with the insurance co. to have them pay for authentic BMW parts, which was very important to me. My vehicle looks great!

This shop was privately owned and was super. I am not at all impressed with the management at AutoNation at the corporate level. Management at shop level is always customer conscious.
