I'm not sure how I would rate my experience, I'm not too pleased so far. There was additional work on my car,that I wasn't informed about. I was informed when I picked the car up. No communication! I haven't talked to the agent handling the case in awhile. We talked less than a handful of times. No one even called to ask if I was ok.
