Work wasn’t done at a high level. Had to ask for bumper install to be corrected. Windshield wipers were install incorrectly. Back gate close button installed upside down.

Last place on planet Earth I would recommend anyone to bring ANY vehicle that they care about ANY attention to detail(s). Pitiful half-ass experience that still, unfortunately, continues.....

Rear bumper was 1/2" off. Back up sensors throwing error code illuminated on driver display. Exhaust still has part number hand-written on exhaust, red flag vehicle been in accident. Wheel well snaps that secure plastic to fender has one BROKEN clamp, which is "little" surprise as the Lead responsible for my truck needs reconsider his professional career with such pitiful attention to details. Spray in bedliner pitiful attention to detail, as bolts that secure bed in place are void of bedliner material with noticable differences in appearance (some bolts are stripped clean, some bolts are partially stripped clean, a pitiful example of attention to detail). While back at business the 3rd time, to waste more of my time, had to call insurance company to complain as your business could ONLY cough excuses instead of "re-spray" the bedliner in the BRAND NEW TRUCK. I still am waiting to learn when it's convenient for your business to FINISH their lack-luster work performances. None of these problems were caught BEFORE returning my truck, which indicates "pitiful" professional attention to details. I would not recommend your business if it were free, as zero respect for the Customers time nor zero respect for pitiful attention to details. I have pics (everything mentioned above) and videos (loose tailgate trim I had to point out and THEN Mr Attention-to-Details ONLY tightened driver side and NOT also passenger side, which bolts are still loose. As the Owner of this business, I hope/pray this HONEST feedback is a Wakeup Call for you to tighten up your extremely loose ship per se. Humbly stated, I am extremely dissatisfied with the sub-par experience with your lack-luster business attention to details.
