The repairs look great. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Then you went above all expectations by thoroughly cleaning the SUV, including wiping down the interior. The exterior appears almost as though it was waxed. Then you went even a step farther by cleaning the floor mats which were filthy from the winter weather when I brought it in. Thank you. Never had this attention to detail anywhere previously.
