Again, holding my car for 12-14 weeks before repairs it was brought in the shop for teardown/repair process and was never informed it would take that long just to get it in the shop and off the parking lot.

Worst experience ever with automotive repair. Delays upon delays. Over 1 month to replace a bumper with no other body damage. Multiple electrical issues afterwards. Had to take it to Toyota dealership to correct. I will never used them again. Poor customer service and lack of expertise.

From the beginning to the end of the repair, Sky was very organized and easy to interact with. She effectively interacted with my insurance company, and scheduled the repair in a timely manner. Sky kept me updated throughout the repair. The people who performed the repair did a great job and you would never know that my car suffered a significant deer strike. The paint was great, the plastic trim work was good not great. The turn ours was better than average but more communication is needed when there are delays.
