My car looks beautiful! It took longer than expected but very happy to get a loaner because my insurance only paid for 30 days. Great job!

I had a interaction that was not pleasant but it was mostly due to my insurance company not paying for more than 30 days for a rental. My car hadn't even been started yet. I asked for the place to pay for the additional rental days and they could not do that. I then had to pay for the difference and that hurt the bank bad. After many attempts for the insurance calling Auto Spot, they agreed to give me a loaner car. That made all the difference in the world. Thank you!
