While it took awhile to get my car in from the time the damage happened (beginning of October) my car couldn’t be taken in until (December 27th) however, it was worth the wait. The staff at Autospot communicated very well with me regarding how to start the process with my insurance, hoe to have things set up with the rental, an itemized breakdown of the cost of each item, and when I got my car back it was like new again! They did an amazing job!
