The team did a great job, notwithstanding the difficulty in troubleshooting the rear bumper sensor. I was especially surprised that the truck was "detailed" when I picked it up.

I was very happy with the quality of the work. Unfortunately though the repair took several days (3 days) longer than the original 5 workdays scheduled because the technicians had to troubleshoot a rear bumper sensor. The sensor tested OK, but when installed it would not work with the system. Autospot, eventually working with Toyota, secured a new sensor and installed it (after 3+ days of trying to identify the problem). Everything seems to be working fine now.

I had a rear bumper that needed replaced. They already had it prepped and ready to go when I dropped my car off Monday morning. My car was ready for pick up next day by 5:00pm! Looked perfect and my car was even detailed, hasnât looked that good in a long time. Office Manager/Estimator (Jennifer) holds the fort down and is a real asset to the company and customer satisfaction.
