Yes, the damage was fixed BUT the 5 day estimate for having my car turned into roughly 15 days. ALSO, when we picked up the car yesterday we noticed that there is a new problem that wasnât there before we dropped it off. We will be dropping our car off again for you all to fix the issue that was created sometime over the last 2 weeks while our car has been in your possession. Another issue was the updates with the progress of the service. Your customer service department would promise calls with updates when in reality it was us who had to continually reach out for information.

Hi ! Getting hit was very stressfull, but the people I dealt with bent over backward to let me know that everything would be fine. Very shortly after speaking to Allstate, I had a call from Jennifer Back at Autospot. She was super nice & polite & assured me that I had nothing to worry about. She said my truck would be towed to Autospot to be repaired. Dominique Hodge at Allstate had already told me that your company has an excellent reputation.
