Everyone at Autowise made the process very easy. Staff was always kind and courteous and answered all my questions. I had an excellent experience at this repair shop! From start to finish, the team worked quickly and efficiently to repair the damage to my car. The customer service was outstanding; they kept me consistently updated throughout the process, which made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. What really impressed me was that they finished ahead of the expected due date, and when I picked up my car it was cleaned and the repaired area looked completely brand new. I noticed that the tire sensor on the front driver side is not working. Could have been damaged during my incident. Can you please check to see if possibly the unit was dislodged during the incident? KUDO’s to the staff at Autowise. They did a great job for me. I’d also like to say a special “thank you” to Amelia and Melissa for their help with this repair turned around as quickly as they did. Their kept me informed of the process as it proceeded.
