I am very satisfied with the service I received, everyone was very kind and totally engaged in providing the best possible service. They are honest and trustworthy people. My car has a matte finish and I was very concerned it wouldn't be restored to its original look. I believe the gentleman that I initially spoke with was Donald, and he really put my mind at ease the way he spoke with me and gave me the reassurance that he could handle the repair and he would not say that he could if he couldn't do it, also Michelle kept me up to date on the repair and follow through with me even afterwards to make sure that I was satisfied. This is a great company and great people to work with.
