Avery Body & Trim Shop is a family owned business since 1974, we are known as the "Triad's most trusted collision repair facility since 1974" We accept all Insurance Company work and our shop is a Direct Repair shop for many insurance carriers. We have access to both Enterprise Rental Cars and Hertz and also feature cost effective Towing to get your vehicle to our shop for a safe and speedy repair. Our shop is an I-Car Gold Class shop which means we are among only 10 percent of the shops that meet the rigorous standard. We feature in-house experts in each repair specialty needed for a complete and safe repair. We feature state of the art Equipment and Technology to repair your vehicle no matter how old or new. Car-O-Liner Bench Frame Rack and Car-O-Tronic Vision 2 X3 3D Measuring System as well as Pro-Spot i5 Compression Spot Welders and SP-3 Aluminum, Silicon Bronze and Pulse Steel Welding. Our shop is Aluminum Certified and Welding and Steel Structural Certified.

I have used Avery‘s paint and body several times over the years as they have worked on three different cars. Never had a problem and when I did, (only one very tiny thing) they said, bring it and they fixed it on the spot. Nobody was ill or mad because I brought it back. There was just as pleasant as the first day that I met them. Although I hope I never need them again but if I ever need work done, this is my first choice. Thank you, Avery staff!!!!!

I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience at this auto body shop! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional. Everyone was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He people working in the shop went above and beyond. The gentleman that owns he shop went above and beyond. He was so pleasant. And the office lady was amazingly kind and helpful. Thanks, if I ever need m car worked on again. I will be using this shop. Oh and Enterprise is connected so they delivered my rental and picked it up at the shop.up at Averys. Very convenient..

Amazing customer service from the moment I walked in to get my car fixed until I left with my car repaired I highly recommend them! They told how long it would take to get the repairs done and they have an Enterprise rep on site. Very convenient. I would definitely use them again if I need my car repaired

Highly Satisfied!!! Wonderful work done from start to finish. The quality and attention to detail were outstanding, and the paint job was especially impressive. The only feedback I wish to provide is the communication during the repairs could have been better. I had to reach out to obtain a status and felt like someone should’ve reached out to me when the vehicle wasn’t completed at the end of week one. When I went to pick up the vehicle, I was explained why there was a delay and I completely understood. Other than that, Carol was very friendly during the entire process, and there were no other concerns. I felt like the shop went above and beyond to ensure I was a satisfied customer in reference to the repairs. My family has used everybody in trim for well over 30 years and we will continue to do so as needed. Thank you all.
